FlyerCleaner is a service operated by Halloween Parts Plus LLC. In these terms, “FlyerCleaner,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Halloween Parts Plus LLC when acting as the operator of the FlyerCleaner service.
Your artwork
You must own the artwork you upload or have permission to use, modify, reproduce, and process it. FlyerCleaner does not give you rights to copyrighted, trademarked, private, or otherwise protected material. Do not upload material you are not allowed to use.
What the service does
FlyerCleaner uses automated image processing and AI-assisted cleanup to improve and resize supplied artwork. Processing may reconstruct clipped details, extend existing borders or artwork, sharpen low-resolution areas, and adapt the image to the size you selected.
AI-generated changes can vary. Text, small details, faces, logos, QR codes, and damaged areas may not always be reconstructed perfectly. You are responsible for reviewing the finished file before printing, publishing, advertising, distributing, or otherwise using it.
Purchase and retries
The initial launch product is a single-flyer cleanup for the price shown at checkout. A paid single-flyer purchase includes the first cleanup plus one optional retry, for a maximum of two cleanup versions total. A retry is another attempt, not a guarantee that the result will be materially different.
Guest re-download access is normally available for 7 days from purchase. Save your finished files before that access window ends.
There is no subscription for the single-flyer purchase. Multi-flyer packs shown as coming soon are not currently available for purchase.
Print and digital use
For physical sizes, FlyerCleaner prepares the file to the selected dimensions and resolution. Printer equipment, paper, finishing, color handling, trimming, and shop-specific requirements can vary, so you remain responsible for checking the finished file against the requirements of the printer or service you use.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. FlyerCleaner does not store your full payment-card number. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. If processing fails and no usable output is delivered, or if you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact aicreatureverse@gmail.com.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We may also refuse or stop processing material that appears unlawful, abusive, infringing, technically unsafe, or inconsistent with these terms.
Liability
FlyerCleaner is provided as an automated cleanup tool. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by use of a finished file, including printing, advertising, publication, or distribution decisions made without reviewing the output first. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version in effect when you make a future purchase applies to that purchase.
